We at hijabgalore.com , stand behind our products. If it should become necessary for you to return or exchange your order, we wish to make the experience as simple as possible.
We offer you a 14-day return policy for the entire original product from the date of delivery.
The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost .
Once your return has been received and inspected refunds will be issue within 7 to 10 business day from the day they are received.

Do inspect all items upon receiving them.
Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.
If you wish to Return/Exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and you wish to receive another product, store credit or refund.
The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, untailored, new, unwashed
The returned merchandise must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.
The entire product unit with the original set must be returned not individual products.
Individual products returned will only be refunded minus shipping fees .
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped
Please ship returns with delivery confirmation and insurance because we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
If the items are lost in transit, the customer is responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipping company.
No exchanges will be shipped or refunds will be made until we receive the items.
Once the items are inspected exchange or refunds will take up to one week.
