Return Policy

We at Hijabgalore.com, your online Retail  wholesale hijab store, stand behind our products. If it should become necessary for you to return or exchange your order, we wish to make the experience as simple as possible. We offer you a 14-day return policy for the entire original dozen of a product (2 dozens of the same product cannot be combined to make a dozen for returns - must be original dozen). 

We cannot accept partial orders as returns or else those will be considered as retail items and will only be credited back at 50% of the original costs
HijabGalore.com   products are sold wholesale/retail  in assortments as described in the product descriptions. When ordering you may post a preference in the comments box but www.HijabGalore.com reserve the right to comply or not comply with your individual order request(s). To be able to offer products at these prices, they must be sold in bulk in assorted sizes, designs and/or colors to everyone.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase of our hijabs, abayas, or other articles of  Galore  clothing, you will have the choice of store credit or refund minus the original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. 

If you ordered during a free shipping promotion, we will deduct the original shipping cost from your order also. Once your return has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issue within 7 to 10 business day from the day they are received.

To help us serve you better, we set these guidelines for return/exchange.

  • Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.
  • If you wish to return/exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item: another product, store credit, or refund.
  • The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached. The entire product unit with the original set must be returned not individual products. Individual products returned will only be refunded 50% of the original wholesale costs minus shipping fees because wholesale orders are in bulk. Individual products are considered as a retail purchase and will be treated as so.
  • The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case HijabGalore.com shall absorb the costs. Please ship returns with delivery confirmation and insurance because we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. If the items are lost in transit, the customer is responsible for filing an insurance claim with the shipping company.

  • No exchanges will be shipped or refunds will be made until we have the items which are being returned in hand. Once the items are inspected exchanges and or refunds will be issued which may take up to one week.

  • Defective merchandise will be refunded along with the original shipping charges.
